Knowing Him changes

A lifetime of change has taught me this:

Hi, I'm Amanda!

For more than two decades as a military spouse, my life has been marked by change—new homes, new communities, new friendships, and countless new beginnings. Through every transition, God has patiently revealed more of Himself to me, reminding me again and again that He is good, He is faithful, and His Word is true.

Along the way, I’ve noticed something: people across the country are not looking for another inspirational message or another list of boxes to check to become a better Christian.

trying to beat my kids at UNO, holding Mike's hand on the couch, writing snail-mail notes (because I believe in handwritten letters)

pretending to have all the answers, shortcuts, clichés without truth

I'm NOT ABOUT:

simplicity, deep conversations, wearing my heart on my sleeve, leaving places better than I found them, laughing until my belly hurts

I BELIEVE IN:

It’s this God who is absolutely wild about His people, and I find no greater joy than helping others see that truth clearly.

Whether I’m speaking at a conference, leading a Bible study, or sitting across the table with a cup of extra-dark Italian roast coffee, my heart is always the same:

And that’s why I’m so passionate about opening God’s Word with the groups I get to serve. We go straight to the Source and discover, in His own words, who this incomparable God really is.

I believe with all my heart that the more we know who God truly is, the more deeply we trust Him. And the more we trust Him, the more confidently we follow Him. That’s where a sincere relationship with God and lasting transformation begin.
